The NC House failed to override Governor Bev. Perdue's veto of the "Kill ObamaCare" bill which had passed both houses of the state legislature. The vote was strictly along party lines. While a majority voted to override, there was not the required 3/5 majority.
"We are disappointed that the Attorney General, the Governor and 51 members of the House of Representatives have put themselves on the side of big government and against the citizens of this state."
