Watchdog Alert! "Gay Rights" flag flyes over the American Embassy inTel Aviv

Fellow CCTA members and friends of CCTA:

WSJ to Kerry: Flat Earthers were the “consensus” position

Hot Air,  by  BY ED MORRISSEY, February 20, 2014

Last week, John Kerry burned 12 tons of carbon to travel to Indonesia and declare global warming as the biggest WMD of all. In what has become the general model of climate-change alarmism, he told his audience that Jakarta would soon be half-submerged thanks to the rising of the oceans that the election of his boss supposedly stopped. The Chicken Little spectacle was so embarrassing that Newt Gingrich suggested that Kerry should retire out of embarrassment, if not national security. “A delusional secretary of state,” Gingrich tweeted, “is dangerous to our safety.”

In the same speech, Kerry referred to climate skeptics as “Flat Earth Society” holdouts. That caught the attention of the Wall Street Journal and two fellows of the American Meteorological Society, Professors of Atmospheric Science Richard McNider and John Christy. Dr. Christy served at one time on the IPCC, the UN body that pushes anthropogenic climate change as the bogeyman of our time, and shared in its Nobel Prize along with Al Gore. Christy and McNider, however, teach a history lesson to Kerry before addressing his shrieking hysteria on global warming. It was the Flat Earthers who clung to “consensus,” and the skeptics who turned out to be right:

Hillary Clinton ‘certainly aware’ of security problems before Benghazi: report

The Washington Times, by Stephan Dinan, February 7, 2014

House Republicans on Friday issued a new report that says former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton “was certainly aware” of security problems in Libya ahead of the 2012 terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi.

The new report also questions the validity of the State Department’s own internal review, known as the Accountability Review Board, saying it had serious deficiencies.

The Obama administration has pointed to that ARB review in arguing that blame for the attack lies with lower-level employees and doesn’t reach as high as Mrs. Clinton, but the report by Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee says she should have been held accountable.

The report also faults her and her successor, Secretary John F. Kerry, for failing to fire anyone for the security breaches that left four Americans, including the ambassador to Libya, dead.

Kerry Awards Vietnam With $17 Million to Fight Global Warming

On Memorial Day, May 31, 2004, Vietnam Vets for the Truth broke an extraordinary story about a photograph hanging in the Vietnamese Communist War Remnants Museum (formerly known as the “War Crimes Museum”) in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).

The photograph, displayed in a room dedicated to foreign activists who contributed to the Communist victory over America in the Vietnam War, shows Senator John Kerry being greeted by Comrade Do Muoi, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Jeffrey M. Epstein of Vietnam Vets for the Truth acquired the photograph during the Memorial Day weekend in response to a general request for photographs and records detailing Kerry’s activities on behalf of the enemy.

Today Secretary of State John Kerry promised Vietnam $17 million to fight non-existent global warming.

Don't feel too sorry for Anthony Weiner's wife!

Huma Abedin, a Muslim and wife of Anthony Weiner, is facing her own troubles -- less salacious than her husband's, but potentially more severe.

On June 13, Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote her and Secretary of State John Kerry asking why Abedin, the deputy chief of staff at the State Department under former Secretary Hillary Clinton, was granted status as a "special government employee" after the birth of her son.  That  title allowed her to work from home as a part-time consultant to State, earning $135,000 as a government employee -- while also earning  $355,000 as a consultant for Teneo, where former President Bill Clinton is a board member.

Her mother,  Dr. Saleha Mahmood Abedin is one of the founding members of the Muslim Sisterhood, and more importantly the long-time chairperson of the “International Islamic Committee for Woman and Child†(IICWC), which wants to impose Sharia law on Egypt , and eventually, the West.
Can anyone see why this woman might want to stand by her idiot husband and get him elected as Mayor of New York?  This would give Muslim terrorist sympathizers inside access to the largest city in America and a major in-road to affecting the politics and laws of our country; all while this idiot is off playing fantasy games online and choking his chicken.  No wonder she doesn't care about what he is doing! Her long-term goal is to provide access to our government to Muslin terrorist organizations.
These people will stop at nothing to take us down!

Transnationalism vs. American Sovereignty

I’ve got to admit, it took me a while to catch on to what was really going on.

This is a difficult confession for me to make, because I like to think of myself as someone who “gets it” and can usually see “The Big Picture.”
And yet, the truth is this:
From time to time, there were some things being reported in the news that I found very puzzling, and left me, as the saying goes, “scratching my head.”
For example, I remember hearing that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had expressed her opposition to Mothers’ Day as “sexist,” and had proposed a more androgynous “Parents’ Day.”
“Ok,” I thought, “she’s  a Liberal. But why is she talking about this?”
And, during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, there were questions about whether or not she believed in using foreign law to interpret the U.S. Constitution.
I did not understand why such a question was being asked. “Shouldn’t they be more interested,” I thought at the time, “with her views on, for example, abortion and the death penalty?”
Then, last year, there was a fight in the Senate over the Law of the Sea (LOST).  I remember reading the following:
Ceding authority to the ISA /International Seabed Authority/ would mean that the sovereignty currently held by the U.S. over the natural resources located on large parts of the continental shelf would be lost.
So, why were some Democrats (including then-Senator John Kerry) eager to pass this treaty? (Btw, the Dems lost on LOST).
And during Obama’s push for gun control, there was talk of the United Nations taking control of guns in the U.S. “What in the world,” I thought, “does the U.N. have to do with our Second Amendment rights?”
Then, two weeks ago, I came across a Wall Street Journal interview with former Senator Jon Kyl, entitled “American Sovereignty and Its Enemies.”
And suddenly, “The Big Picture” became all too horrifyingly clear.
Because all of these news items were, in fact, very connected, by a  term called “transnationalism.”
