Offers subsidy to workers who use new exchanges

Target stores has decided
to drop its health plan for part-time workers, citing low participation and new
options for those employees in the Obamacare marketplace.
In a blog post, the large retailer said it will
ease the transition by doling out a $500 cash payment to each employee that loses coverage.
