Caught! Immigration bill shackles border agents

Bars them from considering race or ethnicity 'to any degree'

A truckload of young Hispanic men is spotted by a U.S. Border Patrol agent rumbling down a dusty road a mile north of the Mexican border toward El Paso, Texas.   

How should the agent respond?

Under the immigration-reform bill currently under consideration by Congress, Border Patrol agents or any other law-enforcement officer who stops such a vehicle to demand identification might be found in violation of the law.

The legislation bars all federal law-enforcement officers, including border agents, from using race or ethnicity “to any degree” while making routine or spontaneous law-enforcement decisions, a WND review of the legislation has found.

The bill further calls for the Homeland Security Department to collect data on immigration enforcement activities to determine the existence of racial profiling.

The data would be utilized to issue future guidelines to officers regarding the use of race or ethnicity during routine enforcement.

The bill states that “in making routine or spontaneous law enforcement decisions, such as ordinary traffic stops, Federal law enforcement officers may not use race or ethnicity to any degree, except that officers may rely on race and ethnicity if a specific suspect description exists.”

The bill defines federal law-enforcement officers as any “officer, agent, or employee of the United States authorized by law or by a Government agency to engage in or supervise the prevention, detection, investigation, or prosecution of any violation of Federal law.”

The definition includes U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents.

‘Treasonous in Its Actions on the Border’: Beck‘s Passionate Interview With Imprisoned Border Agent’s Wife

As the Blaze recently reported, Jesus Diaz, a former U.S. border agent, is serving a two-year prison sentence after being accused of using excessive force in handcuffing a juvenile drug smuggler back in 2008. Diaz’s detention, which has come under fire from many who believe that he isn’t guilty of the violence charges waged against him, has become a hot-button issue.


This morning, Glenn Beck interviewed Diaz’s wife, Diana, on his radio show to get the entire story, and by the end he was visibly frustrated.

But before delving into the video of their exchange, let’s review some brief background information on the case...........

Beck concluded: “This government is treasonous in its actions on the border. There is something going on and they are using innocent border agents to make some sort of point to the other border agents, ‘Shut up and sit down.’ … It’s obscene what is happening. It embarrasses me to be an American. What’s happening on our border embarrasses me as an American.”.......

“Never let a crisis go to waste…”

Most of you don’t know or have forgotten how World War II started. September 1, 1939 was the beginning of hostilities when Germany invaded Poland. It actually started the day before when a staged attack by Nazi forces, posing as Polish soldiers, attacked the German radio station in Gleiwitz, Upper Silesia, Germany. Under the operational code name of Operation Himmler, it created the appearance of Polish aggression which was subsequently used by the Nazi’s to justify the invasion of Poland and was arguably the first act of the Second World War.



What does this all have to do with what is going on in our Country today you might ask? For starters, Obama and his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are supporters of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty which, if passed in the Senate, will do an end run around our 2nd Amendment. It’s no secret that Obama, Clinton, Chuck Schumer and Mayor Bloomberg of NYC are rabid anti gunners; add to this list Attorney General Eric Holder.


And that brings me to Operation Holder and the investigation of the BATF’s operation Fast & Furious. Some of you have probably overlooked the implications of this operation and it’s ramifications. The deadly ATF operation allowed the Sinaloa drug cartel to purchase illegal guns, obtained in our Country, and used against both Mexicans and Americans for countless acts of violence. Last December, U.S. border patrol agent Brian Terry was murdered in a firefight with three Mexican nationals in Arizona. Two guns recovered at the crime scene were traced back to an ongoing Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) investigation, informally known under the code names “Gunwalker” and “Fast and Furious.” A further investigation revealed that the ATF allowed the sale of more than 2,000 guns to Mexican criminal gangs with no plan to interdict or recover these weapons. What better venue for a UN Small Arms Treaty then a crisis on our borders? What better background to impose gun control over our free society? We should remember Obama’s former Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel’s proclamation, “Never let a good crisis go to waste”. I would add, especially when we have the will and means to create it. The election of 2012 will be the turning point in our Nation’s history. We will either stand together as Americans to save our Republic or we will abdicate to the order of national socialism, the leader of which sits in the Oval Office. The choice is yours; chose wisely.

"Boots on the ground"-that's what President Barack Obama says is protecting our southern border-20,000 border patrol agents, 40,000 boots on the ground.


He said it last week during a speech in El Paso, Tex., and a new investigation by HUMAN EVENTS concurs.

Well, the boots on the ground part anyway, because Border Patrol agents have to abandon their vehicles at makeshift Normandy-style fences constructed by our own Park Service on the U.S. side of the border. They are then forced to chase illegal aliens on foot so as not to disturb the fragile desert ecosystem.

In one Arizona park, federal agents practically have to tiptoe through 40 acres to avoid disrupting a pond containing the endangered desert pupfish.

It's part of the agreements made between Homeland Security and the Interior Departments on how best to protect the environment, frustrating lawmakers who say it should not trump border security.

"Under Secretary Napolitano's leadership, we have strengthened border security beyond what many believed was possible," Obama said.

He continued, "They wanted more agents on the border. Well, we now have more boots on the ground on the southwest border than at any time in our history."

There are also more hooves on the ground. Border Patrol agents can mount a horse to give chase across the delicate territories, but the animals must consume weed-free-feed or their waste must be scooped up and disposed elsewhere to protect the fragile ecosystem against invasive weed species.

Some Republican lawmakers have had enough of what they call "arbitrary regulations," and are pushing legislation in the House and Senate to put border patrol agents back in the driver's seat.

Obama Administration Caught Arming Mexican Illegal Alien Rebels

One of America's largest border enforcement advocacy organizations is calling on supporters to demand that Congress use investigations, prosecutions, impeachments, military tribunals, and treason charges if necessary to bring justice to those who betrayed American citizens by arming drug and illegal alien importing invaders.

New information is coming to light that one of America's top law enforcement agencies under the control of the US Presidency was helping to provide military grade guns to the violent Mexican crime cartels, who are importing the vast majority of America's illegal aliens, cocaine, and methamphetamine. Dubbed operations 'Gun Runner' and 'Fast and Furious,' elite weapons such as AK-47 Assault rifles and Barret .50 caliber sniper rifles were allowed to pass freely into Mexico, while the Obama administration called for a crack down on American gun sales.

"This betrayal at the highest levels of our government is consistent with the other betrayals we have documented across the board," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "The Executive Branch of the federal government has been caught lying about border security, leaving our borders wide open during a time of war, failing to protect states from invasion as required by the US Constitution, and now providing military grade arms to the invaders. We are calling on the Congress today to use all possible remedies including investigations, prosecutions, impeachments, and possible charges of treason."

Immediate investigations, prosecutions, and possible treason charges and military tribunals are needed because the evidence suggests that the American government has been corrupted and compromised on a grand scale regarding the importation of drugs and illegals into America. Military tribunals may be needed since those responsible for this betrayal have been arming paramilitary groups with military grade weapons to invade America during a time of war.

Agents are telling the media that this operation was approved by the Department of Justice under Eric Holder. President Obama is denying that he knew anything about the American government sanctioned shipments of large amounts of arms to the drug cartel insurgents.

The elite organized crime syndicates receiving the American sold weapons, compliments of the American ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms agency), are responsible for murdering tens of thousands of Mexican citizens in the last few years.

Thousands of innocent American citizens are being killed by these gangs and their illegal alien cargo each year!

Tens of thousands of Americans, predominantly young adults and children, are becoming addicted to and succumbing to the chemical weapons of mass destruction deployed by these groups in the form of cocaine and methamphetamine.

Authorities now believe that Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was murdered with guns acquired through operations 'Gun Runner' and 'Fast and Furious.' Obama's administration has order our Border Patrol agents to fire bean bag rounds while arming the smugglers with fifty caliber rifles.

The ATF is making some kind of strange unbelievable claim that the guns were allowed into Mexico to "gather intelligence" on drug cartels.

"The ATF and the Department of Justice under Obama have just been caught arming a sizable paramilitary force overseeing the invasion of the United States," said William Gheen. "There's no telling how many Americans and Mexicans have been killed with these weapons and how many will die in the future if Congress does not act decisively to restore constitutional governance in America immediately."

The Bush administration, and now the Obama administration, have done all in their power to support illegal immigrants over the wishes and interests of American citizens for the last ten years, which has led to massive job and community instability and an unprecedented shift in US Census counts.
