General Assembly Rally, January 26th in Raleigh!

The 2011-2012 biennium of the North Carolina General Assembly will convene on January 26, 2011 at noon. The Moccasin Creek Minutemen and NCFreedom are organizing a rally in Raleigh at the General Assembly.


We want all of our representatives to understand why they were put in office and not forget why the people placed their faith in them.

The Moccasin Creek Minutemen and NCFreedom are organizing a rally in Raleigh at the General Assembly to serve notice to our North Carolina lawmakers that we are watching you. The Tea Party movement is not dead and we will remain ever vigilant. We will hold you accountable to your campaign promises including not raising or extending our taxes.

NCFreedom - What's Next in NC?

Another week has gone by and the United States is still standing. After watching Glenn Beck's expose on George Soros, people definitely are wondering when "the gates of Hell will open". His words, not mine.


Got gold? Got silver? Got ammunition? Or are you tired hearing about preparing for the inevitable economic collapse? How about the following questions. Got family. Got friends? Got faith?

Have you seen enough tea party/912 announcements that we have to be vigilant for the new Congress? Is this our coordinated plan in North Carolina? We cannot have a coordinated plan in our state without an effective communications' grid.

One of two new writers this week has a suggestion below. Are you content to watch over the new general assembly in Raleigh? Or do you want to tell them what the people want?

NCFreedom put out a form for you last year to submit and vote on revising the state's constitution. Some of the top items were:

1. A recall mechanism for all politicians.
2. A popular referendum so that the people can add ballot initiatives. Even California has the ability to do this.
3. A castle doctrine to allow us to protect our homes.
4. Term limits as our founding fathers intended.

My personal mission has never been to change the federal government as I felt it was past redemption. We have been given an opportunity to retake our state's government. Is North Carolina up to the task or we will remain complacent and see if a different political party will take care of us?

Sovereign or Not?

The following article from the Durham News outlines a vote on November 15th on whether a Mexican Maticul Consular ID is a valid ID in the United States. The following statement by Carlos Flores, Mexican Consul General for the Carolinas is definitely misleading:

“The government in Mexico normally would accept an identification document … that is issued in the United States to an American citizen,” he said. “We are arguing for reciprocity.”

What he fails to point out is the fact that you or I would not be able to seek employment in Mexico. If we were found to be employed in Mexico, we are going to prison. We only have to ask the following question: Why?  http://triangle.ncfreedom.us/2010/11/07/sovereign-or-not/

A Judeo-Christian Nation Must Not Stand

Our nation is fading into the sunset of the world’s greatest experiment on self-government. The founding principles and morality upon which this nation was built are now reviled and attacked on a daily basis. The definition of religion varies but as it pertains to a successful society, it defines the morality of the people’s behavior and laws. In order to overthrow a nation based on virtue and morality and replace it with state directed control, you must remove faith. Too many people in the patriot movement run away from religion. We forget (or chose to forget) that our American Revolution was called the “Presbyterian Revolt” in England.

In fact, George III called it a “Presbyterian war,” many in Britain referred to it as “the Presbyterian revolt,” and the British Prime Minister said, “Cousin America has run off with a Presbyterian parson, and that is the end of it.”

The fall of the United States is being accomplished with attacks on two fronts: economic and religious. The self censuring of our politically correct society includes the destruction of our faith in religion and morality which has led to our downfall. On October 23rd, a rally is being held in King, North Carolina to protest a decision by the city council to remove the Christian flag above a monument in their central park. In Grand Rapids, Michigan a civil rights complaint was filed against a woman because she advertised for a “Christian roommate”. On the other hand, the firing of Juan Williams for stating a fact that all of us believe concerning Muslims is not denounced by the media, most politicians or the church.

We must understand that our country’s downfall was a three pronged attack which only succeeded due to the apathy of an affluent society. We the People are the only ones to blame for our loss of moral government, church and education. Our efforts have focused on government and the upcoming elections. No efforts are made to retake our churches or schools. Without the leadership of the church, there would not have been a revolution or a United States. Social Justice and greed have overthrown our churches and have contributed to our moral decay. If you go to church, when was the last time that you heard a sermon referencing “natural law” and “freedom” being a right bestowed on every man by God?

Our children and young adults are attending indoctrination centers instead of school or centers of higher education. Did you know that the government classifies “home schooling” as a tenet for extremists? Our Department of Education in Washington, DC dictates mandates in our schools concerning even the food that our children eat. Do you see the blurring of the lines between government, church and education? How about some recent examples:

1. Winston-Salem State University sends out a mass e-mail telling staff and students to vote Democrat.

2. Three van loads of Hughes High students in Cincinnati were taken last week to vote and given sample ballots only for Democratic candidates. This was during school hours and they were then rewarded (paid off) with ice cream.

3. Seton Hall Law School’s Center for Social Justice filed a class action lawsuit today against New Jersey on behalf of low-income legal immigrants who have been denied state-funded Medicaid health insurance under the FamilyCare program due to recent budget cuts.

4. Here is part of a letter referring to Arizona’s SB 1070 immigration bill.

“When injustice becomes law, resistance to that law becomes our moral duty. Thus, this law must be stopped.”

We still do not recognize the threat to our future coming from the silencing of the church and the state controlled educational system. The real threat to our country’s future in the near term is what legislation the lame duck Congress will pass after the elections. The DREAM Act will effectively remove what little power the people of this country have left. Our votes have been minimized by gerrymandering, voter fraud, voter intimidation, campaign finance reform and now the influx of approximately 10 million illegal aliens to vote in upcoming elections.


If you think the GOP is going to save this country, you should have listened to Rush Limbaugh today. Think about this: John McCain writes campaign finance reform to help the voters. He spent more money after its passage to buy his primary than he has spent in all of his previous campaigns for office. And yet Sarah Palin endorses and supports him.
