Destroy the Tea Party

It did not take too long to see what will be driving the next media news cycle to distract the people from the disastrous rollout of Obamacare : destroy the Tea Party. What most people do not understand is that the media has (and continues) to vilify anyone who supports the Constitution and the rule of law. Fiscal responsibility is not to be admired but attacked by even those who relish in their “conservative” label.
Basic self-evident truths that patriotic Americans (not only Tea Party members) espouse are the greatest danger to the “leaders” in Washington, D.C. So here is a simple test, contact a “conservative” acquaintance who still believes in the Republican Party and ask for their opinion of what the Tea Party represents. The consensus will be that the Tea Party represents domestic terrorists who are trying to bring down the country. Then ask them why they believe this to be true. Then explain how propaganda works on the feeble minded.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. One is a stay-at-home mom of three. Another is a construction worker. One is a student who hopes to attend graduate school for math and economics. All of them risked deportation to demand greater rights for undocumented immigrants. They, along with 22 others, arrived in Charlotte Saturday evening on the “Undocubus.” The bus riders are part of a group of some four dozen riders who will converge on uptown Sunday for the March on Wall Street South.

NC RENEGADE: Urgent!!!!

Only Good Republicans can stop this Disaster

I received this “urgent” request in an email from a Tea Party leader in North Carolina. My only comment is why it is directed to “Good Republicans”? What happened to “Good Americans”? Romney and the GOP support the NDAA: case closed. How do I know? Romney told us and the GOP voted en masse to pass it. I have to ask why the TSA is providing security at Paul Ryan speeches? Is it because they have not sworn an oath to the Constitution? I do not think we have long to wait to see the disposition of 1.2 billion hollow point rounds.

Single dad trying to take back home from Occupy Wall Street protesters

They’re occupying his home. Occupy Wall Street protesters announced with great fanfare last month that they moved a homeless family into a “foreclosed” Brooklyn, N.Y., home — even though they knew the house belonged to a struggling single father desperately trying to renegotiate his mortgage, The Post has learned. “They’re trying to take a house and say the bank is robbing the people because the mortgage is too high — so contact the owner!” fumed Wise Ahadzi, 28, who owns the home at 702 Vermont St. in East New York.


Occupiers “reclaimed” the row house on Dec. 6 and ceremoniously put out the welcome mat for a homeless family.


But Bank of America, which has been in and out of foreclosure proceedings against Ahadzi since 2009, confirmed to The Post that he is still the rightful owner.


Meanwhile, the family that OWS claimed to be putting into the vacant house has not yet permanently moved in. And it turns out the family is not a random victim of the foreclosure crisis, but cast for the part, thanks to their connection to the OWS movement.


OWS last week said it has spent $9,500 breaking into the house and setting it up for the homeless Carrasquillo family. A photo of the smiling family covers a window, under the slogan, “A place to call home.”

NC RENEGADE: SECESSION: DOES A STATE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SECEDE FROM THE UNION?

Last month I taught classes on the Constitution, Our Founding Fathers, Our Founding Principles, The Federal Court System, The Supreme Court, and Judicial Activism. I was struck by how many people want to learn such topics but just don’t know where to go to be educated or how to trust that they will be taught the right stuff. But one question that came up almost every class period and by every group was this: “Do the states have the right to secede.” Well, there were several people at the program who were instructors, and three of us being attorneys (me being the least experienced and especially with a background in patents). Each instructor who was asked the question gave a different answer. I didn’t know, so that was my answer, although I explained what John Locke would have said and what the answer would be if you look at the Constitution as a Social Contract. I also know what our Founders would have said, as clearly written in the Declaration.


So, seeing that people were generally interested in that question, I thought I would use that topic as the one I’d review here. Besides, the topic of secession is one that necessarily talks about States’ rights and State sovereignty and those issues are very important right now, especially seeing that our government has become a runaway train.

We declared our separation from Great Britain in 1776 with the Declaration of Independence, which was an act of secession. We dissolved our bonds of government with the King and Parliament. “We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. — And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

NC RENEGADE: You Just Lost 3.7% of Your Savings in April

The US dollar index on Bloomberg.com (DXY:IND) compares the value of our Federal Reserve Notes against a basket of other world currencies. As the value of our dollar declines through redistribution and the unchecked policies of the Federal Reserve, the fruits of our labor (savings/retirement) are evaporating. Since January 1, 2011 through the end of April, the dollar has lost 7.59% of its value compared to other currencies. Almost half of this loss (48.7%) occurred in the month of April where the dollar declined 3.7%.

Eat the Reich


An interesting weekend concerning respect for the president (lower case intentional) of the United States of America. The debate centers on respect of Obama versus respect for the office of the Presidency. Pouring water over an Obama mask at the Raleigh Tea Party was considered to be an act of disrespect for the office of the President by some people or an act of disrespect for the man. Arguments could be made for both sides but let’s consider another viewpoint concerning respect.

Why Is Obama Going to Brazil?

President Obama is taking a working vacation to Rio de Janeiro with his family. I question the timing of this trip based on current events and his low approval ratings. Here is his reasoning:


I’ll begin my trip by visiting Brazil to work with its new president, Dilma Rousseff, to strengthen the relationship between the hemisphere’s two largest democracies and economies. With around 200 million people, a growing middle class, and a per-capita income rising by almost 7% a year, Brazil imports more goods and services from the United States than from any other nation — mainly high-tech, manufactured goods from aircraft to chemicals to clean energy components.

Dilma Rousseff has an impressive background:


“She was 16 when Brazil fell prey to a military coup in 1964 and like many was soon drawn into the world of underground opposition.

“Introduced to Marxist politics by the man who became her first husband, Claudio Galeno, she helped build up one of the guerrilla organisations trying to overthrow the government – at one point spending three years in prison.

“After democracy was restored she had a daughter, Paula, now a 33-year-old lawyer, with her second husband Carlos Araújo, a revolutionary leader who had met Fidel Castro and Che Guevara. She trained as an economist she entered conventional left-wing politics and professional public service.

Is Mr. Obama going to discuss our loan to Petrobas last year?

The U.S. is going to lend billions of dollars to Brazil’s state-owned oil company, Petrobras, to finance exploration of the huge offshore discovery in Brazil’s Tupi oil field in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro. Brazil’s planning minister confirmed that White House National Security Adviser James Jones met this month with Brazilian officials to talk about the loan.

Or maybe Mr. Obama is going to discuss Brazil’s deep water oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico:

Petrobras, the Brazilian state-run energy giant, is to begin drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico this month with deep water technology never before used in US waters.

The [Petrobas] Cascade and Chinook wells lie 180 miles south of Louisiana in water depths ranging from 8,200 to 8,850 feet (2,500 – 2,697 metres).

By comparison, the top of the BP well involved in the Deepwater Horizon disaster of April 2010 was about 5,000ft (1,524 metres) below the surface.

When will our companies be allowed to drill in the Gulf of Mexico? The moratorium has been removed but now extraordinary measures and regulations are in place that are restricting new operations. Maybe Mr. Obama can convince Mrs. Rousseff to comply with the same regulations that have been imposed on our oil production.

This Is What Democracy Looks Like by NC Renegade

The United States is a constitutional republic based on the rule of law whose fundamental basis is the U.S. Constitution. It seems that a majority of the people and our current government have a problem with this fact.


1. Most people think that this nation is a democracy. The slogan being promoted by union organizers is: “Tell me what democracy looks like, this is what democracy looks like”. I heard this at the Save the American Dream Rally in Raleigh and the following video shows what mob rule (Democracy) really looks like:
