We Are No Longer A Representative Republic

Tea Party Nation, by David DeGerolamo on February 12, 2014

Congress approved the elimination of the debt ceiling today and the pResident is expected to sign it quickly into law. The Republican "leadership" in both the House (John Boehner) and the Senate (Mitch McConnell) supported this measure to abandon their fiduciary responsibility to spend our money without any oversight or restraint.

If our elected officials are not representing their constituents, the Constitution or the rule of law, how can any believe that we are a representative Republic? And once we accept the reality, what is our course of action? The government has already labelled Constitutionalists, Christians and veterans as domestic terrorists. The IRS has targeted selected individuals and Tea Party groups without any repercussions. The NSA has implemented an illegal surveillance system that is the envy of every repressive regime in the world.

Obama's NSA Speech ~ Debunked

TPN--KrisAnne Hall on January 19, 2014

In Orwellian fashion, Barack Obama is attempting to reinterpret history to justify the government’s dismantling Americans’ 4th Amendment protections.  In a speech delivered regarding National Security Agency data collection programs, the President gave this twisted distortion of American history:

“At the dawn of our Republic, a small, secret surveillance committee, born out of the Sons of Liberty, was established in Boston.  And the group’s members included Paul Revere.  At night, they would patrol the streets, reporting any signs that the British were preparing raids against America’s early Patriots. Throughout American history, intelligence has helped secure our country and our freedoms.”

It is hard to believe that some speechwriter could so shamelessly coopt the fight for liberty to justify the modern surveillance state. On the other hand, given the progressive education that the majority of our citizens have been brainwashed to believe maybe he thought nobody would notice.  What do you say we shed the light of TRUTH on this mind-manipulating rewrite of American history?

The Revolutionary War Was Not A Battle Between The British And Americans
It was a battle between British Colonists and their government.  It was a battle to win independence from government intrusion, denial of liberty, and government control.  It was a civil war, not a foreign war.

How a Republic Dies

by Diane Rufino, December 30, 2013

One of my all-time favorite HBO series is ROME, starring Kevin McKidd and Ray Stevenson.  Borrowing on a theme similar to Forrest Gump, the series follows the journey of two men in Julius Caesar’s Roman legion who seem to find themselves making history wherever they go. The soldiers are Lucius Vorenus (McKidd) and Titus Pullo (Stevenson).  Although Vorenus and Pullo are real centurions who displayed outstanding bravery and valor in battle and were included in Caesar’s war journals, their journeys and experiences in the series are the creation of the writers. ROME chronicles the period in Roman history when the people lost their republic. Aside from the entertainment provided by Vorenus and Pullo, who are often violent and crude, the story showed how the Senate tried to stand up to the ambitions of men like Julius Caesar and Octavian (who renamed himself Augustus Caesar) to protect the people’s hand and voice in government.

Perhaps I am drawn to the series because of my Italian heritage or perhaps it is because of Rome’s history as a republic and its impact on our Founding Fathers when they sat down to fashion a government to serve the people and protect their inalienable sovereign rights.

Rome was established as a republic in 509 B.C. when it was a mere city-state.  It was easy to manage and government was responsive to the people. Originally established as an advisory board composed of the heads of patrician families (wealthy landowners), the Senate soon became the most powerful organ of republican government and the only body of state that could develop consistent long-term policy. It was involved in virtually all public matters, but its most important responsibilities were in foreign policy and financial administration.  Roman citizens had a voice in government by electing Senators who represented them and were accountable to them.

You will want to read the rest here!

OUR FREE FALL INTO TYRANNY

“What have you given us Mr. Franklin, a monarchy or a republic?” Benjamin Franklin replied, “A republic, if you can keep it!”

December 6, 2013

Until the founders made their declaration of independence and gave us the Constitution, humanity’s condition was that of ruler and subject. That relationship had changed little for 5000 years. And then, for the first time in history, America’s founders championed the idea that ALL of our rights came from our creator, that the citizen is sovereign, and that government is our servant. To keep the relationship that way, they wrote a contract, our Constitution, with language that would not allow our elected and appointed servants to easily change it.

While the rest of the world was enslaved, died, were slaughtered, starved imprisoned, impoverished, gassed or gulaged under Socialism, Communism, Fascism or Nazism, our Constitution protected our rights: besides life (and the freedom to protect same), and liberty, our founders realized our God given rights included the freedom—not the right—to succeed. For the first time in history it was understood and written in our Constitution that these were inalienable rights, and they came not from a ruler or a king, but from our creator! But what if most came to believe there was no creator—no God?Hold that thought a minute.

For the most part our servants—our elected and appointed representatives—obeyed their oath to uphold the mandates of our contract, and we became the country of “American Exceptionalism.” Free from the stranglehold of oppressive government, we became the economic powerhouse of the world and the singular example of what truly free citizens could accomplish. But now that is changing, and changing rapidly.

Regardless of a growing history of failure, there are always those who embrace all or parts of those isms. And regardless of all those isms’ history of disaster, there are always those that sell class envy and the promise of: if only they could be in charge they would create a utopia for the oppressed—the little guy. But in America, it was particularly difficult: the Constitution and our history of unlimited opportunity for prosperity stood in the way of their dreams. Worse, unlike elsewhere, the founders, in their wisdom created a high bar to change it in Article V of our contract with them.

So, in the face of unlimited freedom, opportunity for prosperity and a constitution that had served us so well, and the abject failure of every ism in history, would be usurpers of power realized they would have to accomplish their goals by subterfuge—by, as the Marxists Antonio Gramsci wrote and taught his acolytes (Saul Alinsky, et al)—“by a long walk through the American culture. (8)  In order of priority, they would have to obtain hegemony over:

1.      education
2.      media
3.      pop culture and more

They have succeeded beyond their wildest expectations!

Those who would seize power realized there would have to be fundamental change in thinking; if not the words themselves, then what people thought the meaning of the constitution was—hence hegemony at every level of education was paramount and first in priority giving us programs such as Common Core. Hegemony over the media and pop culture was considered a must to popularized progressive ideas from education with the uninformed—with our youth. And so it began—the end game being the total elimination of the greatest political document ever.

Just the highlights of the subterfuge—there is much, much more:

1.      The Constitution is a living breathing document that must change with the times. To change and eventually eliminate the constitution, would-be usurpers realized they would have to convince the population that the constitution was a relic of former times: when rich white men ruled over the rest of the population—that the constitution must therefore change with the times. Even though the Federalists Papers are replete with arguments to the contrary, those desiring to implement their ism teach our children otherwise.

2.      The law is what the judges say it is. Early on, usurpers decided to use the courts—particularly, the non-elected Supreme Court—to find this power by making rather than simply interpreting law and offering their advice to our elected representatives as the founders intended. (1)(5) Once made, the courts would invoke Stare Decisis. (3)When they found new meaning in the constitution a precedent was set, and they made it difficult to revisit that decision.

Before going on, ask yourself one question: Why would we the citizen ever allow our servants—and those entrusted to interpret and enforce our contract—our constitution—to also change it? We didn’t and wouldn’t. (1)The hubris of those that say so is difficult to comprehend. (2) But they did because we the people and our elected representatives let them! Remember Franklin’s words:“You have a Republic, if you can keep it!”

3.      Change the meaning of Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. (4) With the assumed power to make rather than interpret the law, representatives circumvented the difficult Article V process to change the Constitution. Now, those wanting unlimited power would interpret the General Welfare clause to mean ‘anything goes’ (5) as long as it was perceived for the general welfare. That change alone would allow our elected representatives to appeal to disparate groups of society and buy their votes under the guise of their general welfare.

In 1937, Roosevelt used the supreme court to facilitate his own brand of New Deal socialism.(5) Our representatives swore an oath they would not allow this to happen, but not enough objected. Power not authorized by we the people was usurped and the precedent was set. (2)(5)

We the people and our elected representatives let them do this! Again, Benjamin Franklin's words: “You have a Republic, if you can keep it!”

Free from the restrictions reserved only for the states, they could now use federal tax receipts for programs never envisioned by the founders nor found in the enumerated powers to solidify personal and party power. Power for pork, power to get re-elected at the expense of unknown opposition without this power. And use it they did to the extent we now owe 17 plus trillion dollars that can never be repaid. At some time in the near future, we will suffer great privation to restore this country.

4.      Over time, eliminate Federalism. Enable un-named bureaucrats (not our elected representatives) to make and write laws that subvert our constitutional rights incumbent not just on federal bureaucracies, but on the states, individuals and their property. Again, in Article 1 Section 8 the courts abrogated the constitution’s all-important limits of the enumerated powersas well as powers reserved only to the states. Perhaps James Madison said it best in a letter to James Pendleton in 1792.

"If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the general welfare, the government is no longer a limited one possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one subject to particular exceptions." For a history of the original intent see (4) The Federalist Papers are replete with such references.

5.       What came next? Having thus seized this power to make, rather than interpret and advise our constitution’s meaning, the courts were free to interpret the meaning of the Commerce Clause, the Necessary and Proper and other parts so carefully reasoned and thought out by the founders as to almost re-write the meaning of our contract to the extent it is almost meaningless. Just think of the recent Robert’s decision on the ACA. Even though a majority of citizens did not want ACA, and no Republican voted for it, Roberts found law for the administration and K street that will no doubt be challenged and debated for years all at the expense of we the people, and all under the guise of helping the oppressed—the little guy.

Again, we the people and our elected representatives let our servants change our contract! But even at this late hour, “You still have a Republic, if you can keep it!”

6.      Invent a meaning that takes God out of the Constitution and public life. Maybe a clause in the constitution (that does not exist) that says there must be a separation of church and state. Use the courts to re-enforce the notion. From kindergarten through college, use your acolytes in academia to hammer the notion home: no prayer in public places, no Christmas scenes ad nauseum. Use the media and pop culture and political correctness to drive the notion home and make God and religion un-cool.

Far too often, our first term idealistic representative seeking change is bombarded by K street—the not so new 5th estate of government—and their party’s leadership to support their bill or motion de-jour. If they do, the support for their re-election will magically materialize. If not, the re-election of the new representative will be difficult and probably fail, and business in Washington will continue as usual. Seduced by the power of the federal purse, there is little difference between political parties as there is virtually no restriction on what constitutes “general welfare” beyond the support and power necessary to pass a bill. Both parties want access to that power, and so the practice endures.

A few thoughts: If we are to have the slightest chance for our republic to endure, we must insist that our representatives and appointees adhere to the powers granted to them and nothing more. We must return to the original intent of the founders especially with regard to Article 1 Section 8. Almost everyone understands their must be provisions for the indigent and those in our Republic that cannot care for themselves. Over time, thought, we must phase out government welfare programs keeping only those that we can justify though constitutional processes. We must totally re-think letting faceless bureaucrats make law through the pernicious CFR’s enabling government to promulgate total control dogma such as Agenda 21. Adhering to the original intent of the constitution will greatly reduce the constant pressure from K street to support their program of the hour. Without these measures, business in Washington will continue until our republic collapses under the sheer weight of debt.

Now, for that thought from the beginning: So what might happen if the majority came to believe that there is no God—a thought so assiduously promulgated at all levels of education, pop culture and government? Would it not logically follow that there are no inalienable rights? Would that notion logically suggest that any rights we do have come from government, and therefore may be repealed by government?

The return to the constitution will require education of citizen and representative. No longer can we tolerate representatives whose attitudes and ignorance put the future of the republic in peril. (See (6) for an example) Through our national retreat from god as our creator, and from our collective silence and ignorance of the constitution, we have left the door wide open to usher in the next ism and tyranny! In a little over 220 years, we have almost reverted to the natural state of the previous 5000—the condition of government as master, and we the people as servant. We are in a freefall into tyrannywith judges and legislators leading the way aided by the complicit, the ignorant and the silence of we the people. But right now we still have a choice:“You still have a Republic, if you can keep it!”

These thoughts are my opinions. I have made them after considerable research and a lifetime of observation and engagement.

The planned destruction of America

America, the Republic on life support: Prepare, Pray

By Doug Hagmann, Saturday, October 12, 2013

The future of our Constitutional Republic is at stake and many Americans are angry. At least those who have been awakened to the world where they are pawns in a rigged game, and those who are not lining their pockets at the federal trough, are angry.

They are also trying to make sense of where we are today and how we got here. Even some of the “hope and change” supporters are angry at the continuity of agenda despite the change in American leadership. Then there are those who slumber in a world of denial, self-delusion and deception. Two distinctly different people in two remarkably different worlds, yet denizens of the same planet.
One world is where the television and radio pundits sanctimoniously scold us into believing that all is normal, and everything we see taking place today is merely the result of a growing acrimonious relationship between two political parties. They sit behind the microphones, in front of the TV cameras, write the newsprint, and dominate the internet with their matrix of mendacity. They are well-paid for keeping the public in the dark, and by confining public discourse to the limitations of mere political theater. Regardless of their political bent, they bully and mock those who disagree, and sneer at those who dare threaten the illusion of normalcy.

The other world is what is really taking place behind the scenes. The things we aren't supposed to know, as knowing would disrupt the plans of globalists and expose their lies. This is the real world, where a trail of cold, dead bodies exist from Benghazi to Boston, New York City to Baghdad. It is the world of false flags and assaults on our liberties. It consists of actual crimes committed in our name, with our money by our government, criminal acts rather than contrived political scandals. It is in this world that we learn that we really live in captivity under a ruling elite populating and influencing all political factions. To believe in this reality, however, is to be subjected to ridicule and satire, or to be put on a list of political dissidents.

In the more dominant and readily accepted world of make-believe, we are constantly bombarded by political theater. For the Progressive Obama supporters, the government shutdown and our date with financial default is due to the TEA Party republicans. For the republicans, it’s due to the policies of the democrats and the hard-line progressives that we’ve reached this point in our national history. In reality, however, it’s both sides, as both are different sides of the same coin - a coin embossed with the double headed eagle, or perhaps more appropriately, the mythical Phoenix.

It’s political theater at its finest, designed to keep the normal American busy in a hall of mirrors so we will not be able to see the bigger picture, the big lie that keeps the shackles around our necks and ankles.

God Save the American Republic

The American people who believe in the U.S. Constitution and America’s representative form of government are no longer represented in any of the three branches of the U.S. Government. We can never again afford to vote for candidates for the Presidency, the House or the Senate who hold the Constitution, and the people, in contempt, candidates that when elected put judges on the bench who violate the will of the people and overstep their constitutional judicial boundaries. If we the people continue to vote for such candidates, the American Republic will be lost – it’s now hanging by a thin thread - and we the people will have no one to blame but ourselves. Our children and grandchildren will curse us for our cowardice and flagrant disregard for our own freedom and for the loss of theirs.

The American Republic belongs to the American people. If we don’t defend her, no one will. It’s our job to defend her – our role in her creation and her continuation. Our founders intended it to be the sole responsibility of the American people to guard our liberties from all enemies, tyrants and interlopers, including our own government. But in order to be equipped to defend the Republic, the people must first educate themselves on the U.S. Constitution and what it means to be a representative form of government as we were founded - not a democracy. America’s government-run public schools do not teach the truth about America’s founding, or her founders. Our schools no longer teach our children about the rights AND POWERS conferred on the people by our founders in the Constitution. The schools have intentionally dumbed down the American people’s civic education. Why? An ignorant populace is easily fooled and manipulated. An ignorant electorate is easily and blindly ruled, not governed. And this is exactly where America stands today.

The American people are no longer governed or represented; we are now ruled by elitists who pass laws intended to control every aspect of our lives, while exempting themselves and their cronies. Both political parties have been corrupted by liars and charlatans, false patriots possessing no allegiance to the U.S. Constitution. They spout just enough constitutional-sounding verbiage during their campaigns to get elected. They pay lip-service to that grand old document about which most Americans know nothing, which is why our elected officials get away with their deceptions. Well, America, our time is up. Now is the time for the people to defend the Republic, or surrender. Our field of battle is the ballot box. (This, by the way, is why the Democrat Party is working overtime to ensure that box is unguarded and open to fraud on a massive scale). However, our current field of candidates and the state of the two parties is not good and does not bode well for the survival of the Republic.

The Democrat Party has been lost to socialism/communism for too long; it is now beyond recovery. The Republican Party is almost lost but still shows some sign of life, though faint. Resuscitation might be possible but the odds are against it because there are so few patriots within the GOP. Most Republicans holding national office are blind sheep following cunning shepherds to the slaughter. For the most part, the GOP has become a party of panderers and profiteers, much as the Democrat Party.  Unless brave, articulate, passionate, freedom-loving patriots join the party and begin to fight, the Republican Party will die the same death as the Democrat Party – and soon.

As she stands today, the Republican Party is even more dangerous to the survival of the American Republic than the Democrat Party for one main reason. They are pretenders, false defenders of liberty who intentionally leave the walls of the Republic unguarded. They pretend to love the U.S. Constitution and fight for her, but they lie. They pretend to love freedom and defend the American people from big government encroachment, but they lie. They pretend to hate socialism/communism, but they lie. They pretend to fight for we the people, but they lie. Therefore, they leave the people defenseless with no one fighting to preserve our rights and the Constitution. Sheep recognize a wolf and will run for safety. But the Republican Party has become the proverbial wolf in sheep’s clothing whose intent is to fool the sheep so they can be devoured without ever putting up a fight.

Well, this is one former sheep (politically speaking) that has decided to put up a fight. I will never again hold my nose and vote for a stealthy, Constitution hating, snake-oil peddler disguised as a conservative Republican. I’m on the hunt for real conservatives, real Republicans, real American patriots, statesmen and women on par with our founders. We need brave, bold, totally politically incorrect people to run for office and we need them now. Their goal must be to save the American Republic, not build a political career and amass a personal fortune from taxpayer dimes. The survival of the Republic is on the line and nothing less will do. We need fighters at all levels of government to defend America and put her back on the path to a Constitutional Republic, or she is finished. We need candidates who will tell the American people the truth about our dire financial condition and what needs to be done to fix it. We need candidates who will advocate for the abolition of entire agencies of the Federal Government that are unconstitutional. We need candidates who will demand an end to government programs designed to create slaves of the American people and make us dependents of the government, programs that encroach on our freedoms, rob us blind and contribute to our economic doom. This will take courage. It will also take an ability to directly confront not only politicians who oppose them, but the socialists that comprise the vast majority of America’s main stream media. These deceivers of the American public need to be challenged and exposed, not feared or shunned. Any future candidates I support and for whom I cast my vote will be of this quality and character. I will support no other. I, for one, will get behind an effort to establish a 3rd party if the Republican Party does not field such candidates as described herein, and return to its conservative, constitutional roots.

David DeGerolamo-NC Renegade:

Without the Rule of Law, We Have the Rule of Rulers

A Republic without morality will fall. It will also fall if it cannot or will not enforce the rule of law. In the case of the United States, the government in Washington means to destroy the country where all men are created equally by selective enforcement of the law. Our two tiered justice system has made a mockery of our laws, their enforcement and our natural rights. No other example of our downfall can be greater than the Undocubus. Immigration rights activists pull into Charlotte for DNC

CHARLOTTE, N.C. One is a stay-at-home mom of three. Another is a construction worker. One is a student who hopes to attend graduate school for math and economics. All of them risked deportation to demand greater rights for undocumented immigrants. They, along with 22 others, arrived in Charlotte Saturday evening on the “Undocubus.” The bus riders are part of a group of some four dozen riders who will converge on uptown Sunday for the March on Wall Street South.

How Obama disintegrated(s) the Constitution: The power of the President you never knew existed

14 May 2012

From the Blog: Uncle Sam Is Crying

“There is no more dangerous a citizen than a person with a gift of gab, a crusading complex, and a determination to pass law as the antidote for human ills.”

Since Andrew Jackson, every President viewed the power wielded by the Executive Branch in their unique way. The Office and the President dictate the success or failure during his four-year term. Success of the President is inherent to his management style, people skills, and WHOM he appoints to lead each Department. Accomplishments are superior for those without long-term Congressional experience; ability to organize or RE-organize; and courage to manipulate the unrecognized power of the office. Until you comprehend Presidential basics, you cannot fully grasp the Marxist tactics employed by Obama or the constitutional implications thereof.

The founding fathers established The United States as a “REPUBLIC” with an exceedingly effective system of checks and balances specifically to avoid consolidation of power by any individual. Because we just declared independence from an abusive despot and they wanted to prevent any future dictator from emerging. If a president creates law by fiat, our representative gov’t is precluded and the concept of check and balance is not involved in the process. The Presidential Executive Order was formerly an exercise of power founded on existing law. Regrettably, it now unfairly programmed to be an instrument for “criminal” creation law, treason. Of course, “Where one stands depends on where one sits. “ This act violates the spirit and letter of our Constitution. We tolerate this criminal practice and so does Congress. Worse yet, it often times is concealed or kept secret from you and me in the name of expediency. Unfortunately, this and other unconstitutional scenario’s enabled Obama to devastate and cripple our nation.

Hoover once said, “There is no more dangerous a citizen than a person with a gift of gab, a crusading complex, and a determination to pass law as the antidote for human ills.” So let’s step back to move forward.

Campaigns speak of reform and reform translates into reorganization with implied transition to successful times ahead or progress. Reorganization is synonymous, if for no other reason, to claim he or she will rise above the bureaucratic dilemma and relieve the stagnation of the current elected official. Of course, the incumbent cries foul and privately blames the previous administration. Until the Obama administration, one never contemplated public blame or humiliation of the prior President. Why? It is understood, a new President/party would not be President if the prior administration were successful in by the partial public voting bloc. Such petty action (blaming) is pathetic beneath the stature of the Office.

Natural Law and Natural Born Facts

Patriotic Americans deeply concerned about the condition of our beleaguered Constitution and Republic have been challenging Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the highest office in our land ever since he tossed his hat in the ring in 2008.

A variety of definitions for the Natural Born Citizen constitutional requirement have been batted around by numerous people with varied agendas, leaving the debate largely stuck right where it started in 2008. What does the term really mean?

Every Supreme Court Justice knows what the term means, which is why the Supreme Court prefers to never hear the case. The term Natural Born Citizen refers to a citizen by Natural Law (aka the Laws of Nature), the natural offspring of a Father who was at the time of the child’s birth, a legal Citizen of the United States. The nation of the Father is thereby the nation of the child, via Natural Law.

They would have to remove Barack Obama from office in handcuffs, and few other co-conspirators along with him. Obama supporters would not take kindly to such a move against America’s first multi-racial resident of the people’s White House.

The term is not based upon English Common Law or 14th Amendment cases often wrongly referred to as “precedent.” The term is based in Natural Law recorded by Vattel in his treaties called The Law of Nations, a book about the Laws of Nature, Americas founding principles.

Most of the “birthers” cherry-picked one sentence out of Vattel’s entire book and hang their hat on that one sentence – claiming wrongly as a result, that Natural Born Citizens “are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” Note how they posted the entire paragraph, but highlight only the one line.

Why did they cherry-pick this one sentence? Vattel’s book The Law of Nations is a vital read for every patriotic American seeking to fully understand this term and the true foundation for all things American, Natural Law. Read it cover to cover, without cherry-picking…only then will you understand Natural Born Citizen.

Why didn’t the “birthers” cherry-pick this sentence from the same paragraph in Vattel’s book on Natural Law and Natural Born?

-”As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”

- or this sentence –“The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.”

- or this one –“I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

Why did “birthers” single in on one sentence and completely ignore the rest of the paragraph, in fact, the balance of the entire book? Is it possible that they just didn’t do their homework? Or is it more likely that they chose that sentence because it suits their agenda, rather than the obvious truth? You decide!

What hidden agenda?

By Online Bill Shimukonas, Sr. Wednesday, November 2, 2011

Dear Sirs, Mesdames,

Given the fact that many of you have not been upholding the promise you took when you were sworn into office, I thought I would remind you of your duties as a United States Congressman/woman and/or Senator. This country is going to the dogs and many of you, regardless of political party, are aiding and abetting that demise because you are not fulfilling your end of your work contract.

Because you, collectively, have conceded many of your sworn duties to the executive branch and therefore to a President who obviously and presumptuously misuses his executive privileges, and because you remain silent when he sanctions his perceived authority with pen and paper with no apparent regard for legitimacy of constitutional protocol, there are some among us who consider you guilty of conspiracy in what appears to be a blatant attempt to defraud this nation of its Constitutionally-bound sovereignty. This President and his administration have made it clear about where they wish to take this country. It does not include a destination where the Constitution is used as a road map. And for those representatives who are far too casual in their motives or otherwise own motives that are specific to the malicious intent of voiding America‘s bedrock foundation, our Constitution, the word conspiracy is just a little too mellow.

Remember, too, that we are still a Republic. Until we become something else, and we are obviously on the way to doing so, the mathematical formula for our basic form of democracy is still based on the concept of one person, one vote. That mathematical equation has changed dramatically, most particularly over the past number of decades. The electorate is now being subsidized more by the influence of lobby and, of course, profligate legislators who cater to self-serving interests rather than submitting to the favor of continuing liberty and underlying freedoms for all Americans. It’s time to get back to the basic dynamics of rule as fostered in our Constitution. Forget the political correctness crap. Put the special interests in their rightful place. Some issues of those groups are legitimate and do indeed deserve consideration in the appropriate forum; most, I submit, belong in the trash bin. Bottom line: Deal with reality head-on. And for those of you with conscience, keep in mind that there are legislators without conscience among you who will continue in their attempts to deflect the course of our history. I encourage you to Stand To. For those of you who legislate with forbearance and intellectual curiosity within the context of our form of Constitutional governance, no offense intended. I wish you well.

However, insofar as the warm bodies who simply take up space in the halls of Congress for reasons other than those that command allegiance to our Constitution, and then raise their hands to affirm linkage to issues that directly countermand the weight of traditional America’s historical sense of individualism or for personal gain, yes, I do hope you are offended. Thus, for you, for those committed to desecrating the vehicle through which so many American Dreams have been born, there is but one way to put it. You are undeserving of occupying chairs where once so many men and women dedicated to the preservation of our truly unique American identity once sat. The stink of your vicious, hateful anti traditional American values diatribes and your votes that endorse a Socialist agenda cling to you as does the pungent, hold-your-breath-as-you-pee, overused, sloppy, wet, paper-strewn floored outhouse. Your lack of respect for and your obvious ignorance of our history scream for redress. Were those of you who I collectively accuse of disrespect, disloyalty and, let us not forget incompetence, were you officers of the state in the Dumas of Josif Djugashvili’s Soviet Russia, you would be sent to Siberia for re-education…if he liked you. And you complain about water boarding. Give us a break.

However, since you live in this once great country where such things as the First Amendment still apply, paid for in blood lest you had forgotten, you are given a pass regardless of the venial rhetoric and your disaffected voting records. And, for whatever it may be worth, every time you do so, you spit on the graves of all the men and women who passed onto us a gift, one already paid for, bundled, packaged and delivered. For the uninformed or in the case of so many of our belligerent so-called leaders in Washington as well as others who occupy lesser seats at the state and local levels of government, it’s called freedom. Imagine that? Yes, comrades of Alinsky/Lenin doctrinal values, and it implies a form of governance that was founded on (wow, now get this), free will. And we don’t have to do squat other than manage it. That’s why you were elected. That is your job.

I urge you, all of you, to review the tasks that clearly define your responsibilities as noted at the end of this text. That is just a small part of the package, our gift from Americans past. Don’t throw it away for convivial concepts of often false ceremonious writs of mutated doctrine that history without exception defines, at best, as mediocre governance that suppresses, in the words of Thomas Wolfe, “the spirit of man.” It really is quite simple. It’s all about the Constitution, the root of our laws, and your oath to preserve that document. You need only follow the guidelines and then stand up vigorously, angrily if you must, to those who violate the same. You do that and a whole bunch of us will, as we say in the military, watch your back. It’s an honor thing. We’ve also taken the oath. But, I daresay, unlike many who simply put voice to the words, that oath is coded in our blood; and for many throughout the entirety of our short history, it was left on the battlefield. Therein lay the true worth of that document. No treasure, no intrusive or insidious argument contrary to the stated intent of those words in our Constitution can justify the cost of prohibitive change. And your oath, your conviction as to its worth, as is ours, is the key to preserving that treasure for all who follow.

Spes sibi quisque . . . Let each man’s hope be in himself; let him trust to his own resources.

Have a nice day,
Bill Shimukonas, Sr.

The USA CAN BE DESTROYED

The USA CAN BE DESTROYED AND WILL BE IF WE DON'T RISE UP AGAINST OBAMA

"HISTORY REPEATS IT'S SELF"

In 1887 Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinborough, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years prior:

"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A  democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse over loose fiscal policy, (which is) always followed by a dictatorship."

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage;
From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance;
From abundance to complacency; From complacency to apathy;
From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage."

The Obituary follows:

Born 1776, Died 2008 "It doesn't hurt to read this several times".

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Lawin St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some  interesting facts concerning the last Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Obama: 19 McCain: 29
Square miles of land won by: Obama: 580,000 McCain: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Obama: 127 million McCain: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Obama: 13.2; McCain: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory McCain won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.  Obama territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in low income tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..."

Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the"complacency and apathy" phase of  Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase..

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals- and they vote - then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.
This is truly scary! Of course we are not a democracy, we are a Constitutional Republic. Someone should point this out to Obama. Of course we know he and too many others pay little attention to The Constitution. There couldn't be more at stake than on Nov 2012.

Can't happen here, Not in the USA . The people won't let it happen

...... WILL THEY?
