Seal Team Six the Movie Starring Obama et al

President Barack Obama counts on a November 4, made for television movie to push him over the finish line on November 6.

President Barack Obama counts on a November 4, made for television movie to push him over the finish line on November 6.

“Obama killed Osama” is the message they want carried down to the voting booth; Obama’s sort of last word from the boob-tube after gazillions of text messages sent out over his free cell phones.

“Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama bin Laden” is being touted as an example of the president’s leadership. Make that a borrowed leadership with events reversed by making the true heroes play bit parts.

“Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama bin Laden” will air over the National Geographic Channel, courtesy of prominent Obama reelection fundraiser Harvey Weinstein and his company Voltage Pictures.

“Winds of Revolution”-- National Call to Action

Canada Free Press

Yes, America, you are watching the suicide of a great country Mr. Obama and his Progressive Socialists supporters/followers, union and radical thugs, and ardent admirers. They are self-destructing from corruption and ineptitude but are not giving up on fundamentally changing America. We must understand that they have an “Agenda” and are following that “Agenda”. I am finally sensing that Americans are starting to wake up and the winds of a new revolution are swirling to save the country. What does a country and its citizens do as their nation continues to decline in power, financial stability, its culture and the security of its people. At this time, we do not have the leadership to right our ship in time to save the Republic from severe damage it appears.

Mr. Obama, the great reader/orator continues to show his socialist agenda of spending the American peoples’ money first and misleading our country down a path of continual destruction instead of curtailing the cancerous cause of over-spending, rabid regulations, and class warfare. Instead of working to uphold his oath, he chose to set up a straw man in the person of the House of Representatives, specifically, the Republicans and the Tea-Party Caucus. His message is, and has always been, do as I like, or we will crucify you with labels and crass abasement.

Mr. Obama chose to use campaign speeches across the country to kick off his 2012 campaign for re-election in the vein of never letting a serious crisis go to waste. Now he promotes his great “heroism” in taking out Osama Bin Laden from the bowels of the White House. He and others must be replaced by the American People and we need the people to stand up and demand a change.

The economy is severely fragile and the feasting at the government trough is at all-time highs. The main stream media sees the obvious political advantage Obama seeks but appear to be clueless on the realities of the moment. Obama and company choose to make a mockery of our system again and again. He even said he would take his message across the land for the next six months. All the while, Obama places blame on Congress, the private sector and others for his dereliction of duty and lack of leadership seeking re-election and not working to fix America.

Meanwhile, the Muslim Brotherhood, Iran and the perverted radical Islamists here and abroad are playing out their moves on the Chessboard very judiciously understand the domino effect of radical Islam, the caliphate, and Jihad. The United States finds itself languishing in the ‘Sea of Ambiguity’ because of a lack of vision, wisdom, common sense, and courage of our elected and appointed leaders, or has a clear agenda to do harm. We have a President in the White House, A National Security Council, and State Department under Hillary Clinton, and the Defense Department that seem to be as “clueless” as ever in forward strategic thinking.

Part Two: The Fiction and Non-Fiction of Obama

In Part I of this report, we examined President Obama’s earliest role models and the influence each likely had on him as he shaped his worldview. With an anti-colonialist father, a mother who rejected Western society, a communist mentor, a domestic-terrorist benefactor, and an anti-Semitic preacher, the reasons behind Obama’s past and present actions come more sharply into focus. Below, we navigate through just some of the president’s questionable political positions.

“Brave” enough to order the killing Osama bin Ladenbut had a back-up memo to blame the military in case it went wrong? The entire Obama administration along with the American left has heaped praise on the president for his “daring” and “brave” decision to send a Navy SEAL team into an Abottobbad compound to assassinate 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden. In fact, Obama has even used the accomplishment as the crux of his latest campaign ad — a move even liberal mediaite Arianna Huffington deemed despicable. Yet in April it was revealed that then-CIA Director Leon Panetta drafted a memo that included an escape clause for the president should the operation go awry [emphasis added]: “The timing, operational decision making and control are in Admiral McRaven’s hands. The approval is provided on the risk profile presented to the President. Any additional risks are to be brought back to the President for his consideration. The direction is to go in and get bin Laden and if he is not there, to get out.” In plain-speak, Obama chose to blame the military, through “Patsy” Admiral McRaven, should the mission to kill bin Laden fail. Does this sound like something a Commander in Chief would or should ever do? The Wall Street Journal adds:

Obama admin very cozy with Sony Corp. on Bin Laden movie

January 6, 2012

WASHINGTON (AP) - Investigators are probing whether the Obama administration divulged too many details of the secret raid on Osama bin Laden to Hollywood filmmakers.

Rep. Peter King, who heads the House Homeland Security Committee, has questioned how much information was shared about the U.S. special operations mission in Pakistan that killed the al-Qaida leader in May. King on Thursday released a December letter from the Pentagon saying that the inspector general's office covering intelligence matters "will address actions taken by Department of Defense personnel related to the release of information to the filmmakers."

King, R-N.Y., also released a November letter from the CIA saying that its office of public affairs was developing a "single point of reference that will govern future interactions with the entertainment industry."

King has expressed worries about the administration's cooperation with Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. and Kathryn Bigelow, director of the Oscar-winning picture "The Hurt Locker," who is working on a movie about the hunt for bin Laden. In August King wrote the inspectors general of the Pentagon and CIA noting a New York Times column saying that Sony and Bigelow had been given "top-level access to the most classified mission in history."

Curious timing for pro-Obama movie (Campaign Propaganda Film!)

A movie company has approved the production of a new film depicting the Obama administration's actions leading up to the death of Osama bin Laden, but one Hollywood conservative is concerned about various aspects of the production.

According to a column in The New York Times, the Obama administration is giving Sony Pictures "top-level access to the most classified mission in history" to produce a new movie on the killing of bin Laden.

Lionel Chetwynd, an Academy Award-nominated screenwriter and conservative activist in Hollywood, suspects something is not quite right in both Tinseltown and Washington, DC.

"These people, these filmmakers have been granted access to the Under Secretary for Intelligence, and I have never heard of that; no one I know has ever heard of that," he reports. "So, that's one thing that's very troubling because he is a political appointee appointed by this administration."

TPN: Cloudy Transparency by Charlie Earl

August 17, 2011

Secrecy is an elusive concept. Some secrets are housed deep within our individual minds and never shared with others. Actions that involve behavior are often relegated to lockboxes of secrecy because of shame or fear of embarrassment. People who seek to reform their lives and begin anew may jealously guard the secrets of their pasts. Secrets are preserved and exposed. They are devised for a number of reasons and revealed for other compelling purposes. Secrets often cause their possessors to behave in odd ways….jumpy, fidgety, defensive. Not all secrets are destructive. Some closely held information protects others from pain and suffering. Others prevent harmful elements from gaining the upper hand.

Government secrecy, especially in a republic, is another can of worms. In our Republic the power is vested in the people (in theory) so if governments withhold information, they may be guilty of hiding information from the true decision-makers and stakeholders. Most of us can agree that some secrecy is needed for national security purposes or to protect lives of undercover information gatherers in foreign locations (spies). Governments at all levels are hesitant to willingly share non-security essential information with the people. While I find the Freedom of Information Act a sometimes petty annoyance and disruptive tool of the socialists, it has prompted some incremental candor from the halls of government. Its promise however, is much greater than its effectiveness. Many governments or agencies simply stonewall when they do not wish to comply with an FOIA request. So once again we have government ignoring its own mandates although once in a while the Act allows some insight into the internal workings of Big Brother, and “We the People” have the opportunity to react to Government’s over reaching.

Another facet of government secrecy isn’t secrecy per se, but is the practice of passing legislation that is vaguely written and allowing the bureaucracies to design and implement the rules. The secrecy angle arises because as we track the legislation through the process, we have no clue regarding its ultimate application. The outcomes and impact remain unknown during the public phase of the bill, but the final resolution of the bill’s effect is constructed in the darkened corridors of the bureaucratic maze. Because bureaucrats have no restraints, the rule-making process continues onward for ever as they discover new and more restrictive mandates burrowed within the legislation….and sometimes between the lines of the bill.

The reason for my addressing this topic was the recent chain of events surrounding “Seal Team Six,” the Special Forces Command credited with dispatching Osama bin Laden. More recently, several members of the elite unit were killed when their helicopter was downed in Afghanistan. Special Forces represent the most effective military tool this country has. Since the early days of the Army Rangers, the Green Berets and the original aquatic Seal units, the Special Forces units have become the most effective and lethal small-unit fighting forces on the planet. Our general military capability is often praised as the best and most effective in the world. That may be true, but our politicians and feckless military leaders have not utilized the armed forces with any degree of competency. As a result, the U.S. record in prolonged military conflicts within the past half-century is an abysmal one. Special Forces, on the other hand, operate silently, forcefully and quickly. They represent a tactical force that strikes violently with lethal intent. As an integral component of our national defense particularly in the context of active terror groups seeking to harm us, the Special Forces and their capabilities are critical tools. So why on earth are our political leaders “outing” Seal Team Six?

Both President Obama and Vice President Biden publicly acknowledged ST6 in public statements. Obama went to Ft. Campbell to “personally” thank them, and attempted on other occasions to single them out for special mentioning. Obviously the purpose for such lavish attention being paid to a super-secret unit was to generate political capital for the Obama administration. They’ve had minimal success and sought to ride the valor of a brave group of warriors for political points. At the same time, however, they have firmly placed targets on the backs of this elite group, and have stupidly informed every crackpot and terrorist on the globe that the unit is based at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Once in a great, great while….candor and transparency are dangerous and deadly. Please look at the website for Ann Barnhardt who believes the Obama Administration is complicit in the deaths of those Seals who were killed when the helicopter went down… www.barnhardt.biz

It is starkly illustrative that an administration that hides so many things from the American people is so cavalier about the lives and families of our warrior class. Some secrets are worth keeping. Some secrets must be kept. As with so many actions of the Obama Administration, we aren’t certain if its stupidity, incompetence or treason that motivates them and drives them. They cannot exit the White House fast enough to satisfy me.

GOP Rep Calls for Pentagon Probe Over Cooperation With Hollywood Movie About bin Laden Raid--

IT TAKES A SCUMBAG TO CAPTIALIZE ON THIS FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES--AND ON THE HEELS OF OUR LOSING SO MANY BRAVE MEN!

A movie about Navy SEAL Team 6′s hunt for—and killing of—Osama bin Laden is well underway, and the creative team behind The Hurt Locker (which took 2009′s Best Picture Oscar and five other golden statues) is heading up production on the yet-untitled flick. It’s the buzz of Hollywood. But the buzz in Washington appears to be an “alleged collaboration,” as Homeland chief Peter King put it, between the filmmakers and the Pentagon, White House, and CIA—and it’s generating some odd plot twists.

Some Interesting Middle East History

Wall Street Journal:  Why My Father Hated India

Aatish Taseer, the son of an assassinated Pakistani leader, explains the history and hysteria behind a deadly relationship

Ten days before he was assassinated in January, my father, Salman Taseer, sent out a tweet about an Indian rocket that had come down over the Bay of Bengal: "Why does India make fools of themselves messing in space technology? Stick 2 bollywood my advice."

My father was the governor of Punjab, Pakistan's largest province, and his tweet, with its taunt at India's misfortune, would have delighted his many thousands of followers. It fed straight into Pakistan's unhealthy obsession with India, the country from which it was carved in 1947.
