“ … That I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” What powerful words; think about it for a minute:
“ … Support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
What do you think our Forefathers had in mind when they wrote those words over 200 years ago? They certainly didn’t want our Constitution subverted by a handful of politicians with hidden agendas. Their agenda was the protection of our Freedoms and Liberties from all enemies, foreign and domestic as clearly stated when our elected representatives step forward, places his/her hand on the Bible and swears the Oath of Office.
But something is about to change unless you and I step forward. As is the usual case, when a socialist administration is in power, they will use any crisis to attack our Constitution. They will use any excuse; clean air and water, energy efficiency, gun violence — to gain more control over our lives. Can you name one person who doesn’t want clean air and water, more miles per gallon from your vehicle or protection from gun violence? The real question is, how do we get there.
The funerals had barely finished for those 20 children and six adults in Connecticut when the leftist media started on its crusade for more gun control.
Their goal, and that of some of our elected representatives, is the demise of the Second Amendment. I am not suggesting that it will be dissolved; just little bites taken out of it. That way they think we won’t notice; but we will.
The government has a long-range plan to take care of you and me from womb to tomb. Private organizations aren’t part of the plan because they would have to give up some power if we suddenly decided to take personal responsibility for ourselves and be guided by personal initiative.
As an example the National Rifle Association has put forth and agreed to sponsor and support the National School Shield program under the direction of Asa Hutchinson. Space does not permit a full outline of this program but I suggest you Google NRA National School Shield for a full review.
Here is an example of what I mean when I say “little bites.” Sen. Diane Feinstein’s (D-Calif.) legislation for a new ban would, among other things, redefine “assault weapons.” It would require current owners of such firearms to register them with the federal government under the National Firearms Act, and require forfeiture of the firearms upon the deaths of their current owners.
All liberals love this kind of stuff EXCEPT none of which will keep you safe in your homes, places of business or schools.
What it will really do is set the stage, in the future, for confiscation of firearms giving a hostile government the location of all registered firearms. Can’t happen in the good ol’ USA? Think again … it’s already happened in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina. Warrantless searches by The “Big Easy” police department were used going door to door confiscating firearms under the guise of “an emergency.” A policing agency left law abiding citizens totally defenseless against looters. The New Orleans Police Department was sued in court, lost, and required to return all firearms collected.
Today, more so than 200 years ago, our Constitution is under attack from forces within our own government. It is facing a small but determined domestic enemy that views our Constitution as an impediment that must be subverted to achieve their agenda. If we allow this force of evil to succeed, our grandchildren will never know the country you and I grew up in. From all those “little bites” will come the ultimate loss of freedom and liberty will be just another word in the dictionary.
But there is something you can do. You can demand that our legislators adhere to our Constitution as it was written and that the rights of individuals are to be protected at all cost. Their authority over our country comes from you and I. We will not tolerate that abdication of our Republic to a tyrannical regime and we will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; so help us God.

Congress Passes Bill Severely Curtailing First Amendment Liberties

A bill has just passed the House and the Senate that criminalizes protests anywhere near the presence of a designated government official. On Monday, the U.S. House of Representatives voted nearly unanimously (388-3) in favor of H.R. 347, the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011.
As part of this legislation, Congress expressly forbids trespass onto the grounds of the White House. Many likely believe that such a law already existed and they are right. The controversial aspect of this bill’s restatement of that statute is that it expands the scope of the federal government’s authority to bring charges against those deemed trespassers at any location placed provisionally under the jurisdiction of the Secret Service.
The present state of the law prosecutes White House trespassers under a local Washington, D.C. ordinance. Prior to this latest federal action, violation of this ordinance was a misdemeanor.
Under HR 347, however, the Congress endows itself with the unbounded power to impose federal criminal charges on not only those who enter the White House grounds without prior permission, but on anyone who participates in protests at or near a location falling within the greatly enlarged scope of this new prohibited zone.
The situation is serious and is a legislative end-around the First Amendment’s protection of the right to assemble and the right to speak freely. A story at RT.com accurately sets the scene:
The new legislation allows prosecutors to charge anyone who enters a building without permission or with the intent to disrupt a government function with a federal offense if Secret Service is on the scene, but the law stretches to include not just the president’s palatial Pennsylvania Avenue home. Under the law, any building or grounds where the president is visiting — even temporarily — is covered, as is any building or grounds “restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance."
Section (c) of the act defines the key phrase “restricted buildings” as follows:
"[R]estricted buildings or grounds" means any posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area —
(A) of the White House or its grounds, or the Vice President's official residence or its grounds;
(B) of a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting; or
(C) of a building or grounds so restricted in conjunction with an event designated as a special event of national significance
Under the terms of the existing law amended by this act, the Department of Homeland Security is tasked with deciding which events will qualify as being of “national significance.”

Chuck Norris: Feds' War on Religion (Part 1 of 2)

Anyone who knows me knows that for my whole life, I've been a huge supporter of our U.S. military personnel, whom I congratulate about their victory in Iraq. But when our president and officials in the U.S. Department of Defense exchange a war abroad for a religious war at home, can't we see that something else is seriously awry in this administration?
It's one thing to watch "merry Christmas" be omitted from signs in your favorite department store but quite another to see Bibles withheld from wounded warriors at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. It's true! On Dec. 2, the Family Research Council reported that it had discovered a memo released in September at the esteemed military hospital, in which Navy officials announced that "no religious items (including Bibles, reading material, and/or artifacts) are allowed to be given away or used during a visit."
Thank God for those in the FRC, as well as Rep. Randy Forbes and other members of the Congressional Prayer Caucus, who demanded to meet with officials at Walter Reed and in the Navy about the matter. Just a few days ago, Vice Adm. John Mateczun confessed that the memo had not been properly evaluated and was being rescinded, and Walter Reed posted a public apology on its website.
But imagine if the FRC had not found this memo. Imagine how many others like it aren't found and are circulated around the federal government.
If you think this is an isolated incident, consider the following dozen-plus examples reported in the past six months alone by the FRC and Rep. Forbes' office and a few of my own I found, which document how religious freedom and Christian liberty in particular have been limited, quarantined, omitted or outright obliterated.
--The Air Force Academy apologized for merely announcing Operation Christmas Child --a Christian-based charity and relief program designed to send holiday gifts to impoverished children around the world.
--Yet the Air Force is building an $80,000 Stonehenge-like worship site for "earth-based" religions, including "pagans, Wiccans, druids, witches and followers of Native American faiths."
--The Marine Corps considered tearing down a Camp Pendleton cross meant to honor fallen heroes.
--Air Force officials stripped religious curriculum from a 20-year-old course on "just war theory."
--The Department of Veterans Affairs censored references to God and Jesus during prayers at Houston National Cemetery.
--The Democratic-controlled U.S. Senate passed the $662 billion National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which included a repeal of Article 125 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which states: "Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy."
--The Department of Health and Human Services unveiled new health care rules that ignore basic conscience protections for medical workers with faith-based objections to abortion and contraception.
--Officials at HHS denied funding for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' successful program for sex trafficking victims because of the church's teaching on human life.
--Administration officials refused to intervene in the closing of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom.
--President Barack Obama has lobbied for the passage of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which would trample on the faith of employers in hiring, firing and promotion decisions.
--The Pentagon released new regulations that force chaplains to perform same-sex "weddings" despite their religious objections.
--Secretary of State Hillary Clinton demonized other countries' religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights.
--Just this past week, the Military Religious Freedom Foundation sent a letter to officials at Travis Air Force Base, demanding the removal or transfer of a Nativity scene and a menorah that are part of a larger holiday display on the base.
What is going on in the U.S. military? Why is it so difficult for the feds to understand the free exercise clause of the First Amendment, which says they "shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"?
And how many of these restrictions of our religious liberties are direct results of President Obama's being in office? And if these occurred in just the past six months, imagine what would happen in another four years if Obama were to be re-elected. Our service members, as well as our devoted military Christian chaplains, deserve better.

We are not ‘subjects’

The Declaration of Independence says, “When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them …”
Two hundred and thirty five years have passed since the Declaration was written and yet today we live under a suppressive government that has turned its back on the American people calling for a renewal of not just the Declaration of Independence but our Constitution as well.
While these words were written referring to King George III, see how they compare with Obama’s governing today.
Obama’s Justice Department is suing the state of Arizona for its passage of SB-1070 and threatened Texas to halt passage of a Transportation Security Administration anti-groping law.
Obamacare provides for an additional 10,000 more Internal Revenue Service agents. Homeland Security is now searching people at train stations, bus stations, shopping malls and sporting events, and vans with special X-ray technology are peering inside our vehicles and homes.
Obama is planning an end run around our 2nd Amendment by signing on to the U.N. Small Arms Treaty, thereby bypassing Congress. The war in Libya was begun under the authority of the United Nations and without the assent of Congress. Our ruler has decided that Libya does not constitute a war; Congress need not respond.
There is much more to be written on this subject but there is something you, the reader, should never forget. The authority to govern comes from you and I; not by any government. By the grace of God we were given this entitlement of freedom. Let us not become the subjects of the Obama administration but continue to raise our voices against its tyranny.
Our weapons of choice are our computers, telephones and faxes and our goal should be to secure our future liberties for our children and grandchildren.

Senate Bill S510
Senate bill on homegrown food equals homegrown tyranny

.The Obama regime and Democrats in Congress want to prevent citizens from growing, sharing, trading, or selling homegrown food. Senate bill S510 would make such activity illegal. Such legislation amounts to homegrown tyranny, yet another example of how this government has declared war on the citizens.
