The Obama Administration's re-election mobilization continues: Witness Eric Holder's attempt to play the race card and perhaps twist the law in a campaign against voter identification laws.
In the Attorney General's telling, the movement in the states to require voters to show some ID is a revival of minority disenfranchisement a la Jim Crow. A growing number of minorities, he said in a speech last week, are now worried about "the same disparities, divisions and problems" that beset the country in 1965 and "many Americans, for the first time in their lives . . . now have reason to believe that we are failing to live up" to the promise of democracy for all.
The NAACP even petitioned the United Nations this month for a human-rights ruling on what President Benjamin Jealous called a "tidal wave of assaults on the right to vote." He meant in America, not Cuba or North Korea. The American Civil Liberties Union has sued to challenge a voter ID law in Wisconsin.

Obama Says Race Is Key Component in Tea Party Movement
On March 12, 2010, President Barack Obama welcomed to the White House Kenneth T. Walsh, a former White House reporter and author of “Family of Freedom: Presidents and African Americans in the White House.” As the first African American to win the White House, Walsh says a “serene and confident” Obama had agreed to sit down for a candid interview for the book.
According to Walsh, Obama didn’t hesitate to “dive in” to the subject of race, and stressed how his administration was working to build a race-neutral administration.

Time to Call Out Black Race Exploiters By Lloyd Marcus

Along with losing ten pounds, my New Year's resolution is to call out black Democrats, liberals and pundits who unfairly exploit race; using it as a bludgeon to get their way.
Unfortunately, since the election of America's first black president, black leftists and race profiteers have gorged themselves in a feeding frenzy of race exploitation. Any and all opposition to their King Obama's socialist agenda is regarded as racist.
Racism is ugly and evil. Thus, the worst thing you can call a decent person is a racist. Just as everyone fled from lepers in the Bible, everyone frantically flees from anyone alleged to be racist.
Black race exploiters are well aware of the power of playing the race card. It trumps all logic, reason and truth. Whites accused of racism typically cower in fear. Devastated and panicked, the accused white pleads, "I'll take back everything I said, give you my home and my car if you please drop your allegation that I'm a racist!"
In our current highly racially polarized America, exploiting race is despicable. As a black tea party patriot, my New Year's resolution is to call out those who use this evil tactic.
Here are my first two call outs of the new year.
Number one, Whoopi Goldberg, black actress, comedian and political activist on The View TV show. On the program, Elisabeth Hasselbeck countered the left's allegation that vitriolic language from the right is responsible for the Arizona shooting. Hasselbeck argued that the shooter alone was responsible for his behavior. Goldberg retorted, "When I was growing up, people talking, and saying things, whipping folks up, caused a lot of people to get lynched".
To win the argument, Goldberg subtly attempted to lay a guilt trip on and shut up the white person by the exploitative interjection of race into the equation.
Ms. Goldberg, the lynching of blacks, though tragic, is totally irrelevant to this particular incident.
Call out number two, Jesse Jackson, Jr., black Democrat member of Congress. In November, voters overwhelmingly elected Republicans to get our country back to following the Constitution. In an effort to assure voters that the Republicans heard them and to start the 112th Congress off on the right track, majority leader Boehner decided to read the US Constitution on the House floor.
Jackson attempted to exploit race to stop the reading of the Constitution claiming "racial insensitivity." Jackson said that due to the struggles of African Americans, it would be too emotional for Congressional Black Caucus members to listen to the US Constitution.
Please excuse my crudeness, but give me a freaking break!
Showing some rare, I believe tea party movement-inspired, Republican backbone, Speaker Boehner basically told Jackson and the Democrats to get over it. We will read our founding document.
Jackson responded with his race exploitation plan B. If the Republicans insist on reading the darn thing, Jackson requested that they read the "original version" to highlight America's original sin of slavery rather than the amended version in which America redeems itself by ending slavery.
But wait a minute, I thought Jackson was concerned about the emotional stress of the Congressional Black Caucus hearing the Constitution. Wouldn't reading the original version which includes slavery surely send these emotionally fragile blacks over the edge?
Junior, has learned well from his Master of Race Exploitation dad, Jesse Jackson, Sr.; ignore the greatness, fairness and peerless wonderful qualities of America and exploit race to portray America as evil to get your way.
Jackson's attempt to use race to bludgeon Republicans into submission was manipulative, evil and racist.
If America is to move forward, it is crucial that we no longer passively "go quietly into that good night" allowing these evil race assassins to go unopposed. We must go on offense and call out these vicious race exploiters; hold them accountable for attempting to divide Americans.
"The only thing needed for evil to prosper is for good men to do nothing."
The Jesse Jacksons of this world will continue to bludgeon the innocent with race as long as they know they will get away with it.
White patriots, I realize I am asking much of you to stand up to black race exploiters. The liberal media will always side with the black attacker. You risk being humiliated and destroyed in the media.
Folks, Freedom ain't free! God designed life so that anything worth having is worth fighting for. Yes, my white brother and sister patriots, you will suffer media hits for standing up for freedom. My fellow black patriots will suffer being called traitors and Uncle Toms. However, America is worth it.
Also, both political parties and the media no longer hold all of the cards. There is a powerful new sheriff in town called the Tea Party Movement who "have the backs" of all who share our values and principles and stand up for truth. So, you are not alone.
2012 is just around the corner. We have much work to do to Take Back America. Together, we will "git-r-done".

Please carefully consider these outrages before voting for any Democrat!
Outrages to Remember Before Voting on November 2
Before voting for any Democrat on November 2, voters who really care about the future of America need to reflect on the old adage which holds that, “Power Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”
That truth has never been more in evidence than over the past two years, during which time America has been in the hands of an ultra-liberal Democrat in the White House and equally far-left Democrats presiding over majorities in both chambers of Congress.
The results of the Obama, Reid, and Pelosi deadly stranglehold on our precious nation are ugly, indeed. The Ugliest of the ugly include:
( ) Refusal to protect all U.S. citizens, regardless of race.
( ) Out of control federal spending, soaring deficits, record unemployment, and an economy that has grown steadily worse since Democrats took charge in 2009;
( ) Lack of commitment to winning the war in Afghanistan, even while American soldiers continue to die there;
( ) Legal actions taken against the sovereign state of Arizona for protecting its citizens from foreign criminals; siding with Mexico in its rhetoric against the rule of law in Arizona;
( ) Refusal to accept the fact that Islam is the major source of terrorism in the world and that America is indeed at war with Islam.
All of the calamities identified could have been averted, or their impact at least minimized, had the U.S. Congress fulfilled it constitutional obligation to provide oversight of the Executive Branch.
Under the partisan leadership of Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, oversight was a forgotten (ignored!) virtue.
As a result, Executive incompetence, overreaching, and blatantly anti-American misbehavior were never challenged, except when Pelosi or Reid sought even greater liberal excesses.Again, “Power Corrupts, and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely.”
Although the list of atrocities committed by the unholy trifecta of Obama, Reid, and Pelosi is nearly endless, there are a few that are particularly outrageous and should serve as a wake-up call to anyone considering a vote for any Democrat.
The list of particularly grievous atrocities follows:
Refusal to Provide Equal Protection for All
This outrage is so unbelievable that it continues to stun and amaze.
On November 4, 2008, voters in Philadelphia were intimidated by members of the New Black Panther Party while attempting to cast ballots.
Before President Bush left office in January of 2009, his Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit under the Voting Rights Act against the New Black Panthers Party. However, once Obama appointees to the DOJ took over, charges against the New Black Panther members were dropped.
On September 24, 2010, former Justice Department prosecutor Christopher Coates, in testimony at a U.S. Civil Rights Commission Hearing, shocked the nation when he revealed that the voter intimidation case was dropped because the suspects were black and their alleged victims were white.
“They have not pursued the goal of equal protection of the law for all people,” Coates reportedly said.
Repeat: According to a former Justice Department prosecutor, our federal government refused to prosecute claims when the plaintiffs were white.
People of color: Take no solace in this injustice. In this case, the victims of government bias are white people.
But what about next time? Will it be YOUR race or nationality or cause that the Obama administration arbitrarily refuses to protect?
Abandoning American Citizens in Favor of Foreign Invaders
The Democrat party has been the “illegal alien” party for a number of years. This is so because liberals can no longer rely on reasonable Americans for votes and power.
Thus, the need for advocating on behalf of millions of uneducated, poor illegal invaders who are easily persuaded provided the free benefits (health care, education, welfare, etc.) are doled out in sufficient quantities.
True to their sinister disregards for the rule of law, American sovereignty, and preservation of American culture and language, Democrats consider invading criminals to be “Newly Arrived Refugees,” and, more importantly, future Democrats.
This betrayal of America and American citizens reached a new low in 2010 as President Obama ordered his administration to file suit against Arizona because of SB 1070, the state’s attempt to protect citizens from the ravages of foreign invaders.
Unbelievable! The United States government suing an American state for resisting invasions from foreign criminals!
Even more outrageous was the betrayal of America by Congressional Democrats on May 19, 2010, when all Democrats in the House and Senate gave Mexican President Felipe Calderon a standing ovation for his condemnation of Arizona and law SB 1070!
Remember: On May 19, all Democrats in the U.S. Congress stood to cheer a foreign leader who had just condemned Arizona law makers for protecting American citizens.
How can any reasonably-patriotic American vote for any Democrat after such vile and treasonous behavior?
Playing Politics with American Lives in Afghanistan
In his book titled, “Obama’s Wars” journalist Bob Woodward exposes the fact that winning the war in Afghanistan has never been much of a priority to Obama or the Democrats.
Which is why Obama insisted on a time table for withdrawal, a carefully crafted commitment that would bring the troops home in time for the 2012 presidential election.
How can any thinking American vote for any Democrat when the Democrat Commander-in-chief uses American troops as pawns in a deadly game of political chess?
Use of Bribery & Political Sleight of Hand to Pass ObamaCare
The notion that the United States Congress provides “Honest, Open Government” to legislate and govern was blown all to hell by the political chicanery, cheating, and behind the scenes bribery used by Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, with considerable help from Obama, to pass a Marxist form of health care called ObamaCare.
ObamaCare was, and is, opposed by most Americans, and for good reasons. To begin with, ObamaCare mandates that American citizens purchase health care or face the travails of dealing with the IRS for non-compliance.
In addition, the assumptions and projections behind ObamaCare have already proven to be faulty at best, criminal at worst.
How can any thinking American vote for any Democrat knowing that this party has taken away freedom of choice from Americans when it comes to health care, and has used bribery and sleight-of-hand to pass legislation that America does not need or want?
These four outrages are the most irritating and anger-provoking to me. There are hundreds more.
The bottom line is that the Democrat Party no longer operates with the best interests of the American people in mind. A lust for power and an obsession with socialism makes Democrats completely out of mainstream America.

Sect. 342 sets up racial, ethnic, and gender diversity quotas that must be followed by every financial institution that does business with the government.
Yesterday in the Wall Street Journal, two Democrat pollsters, Pat Cadell and Doug Schoen, accused Obama of being a divider of America based upon “race, class, and partisanship.”
Today we learn that Treasury Secretary Tim Geitner is going to move employees at seven federal agencies over to the newly empowered watchdog agency -- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
You may ask why the CFPB is going to require so many employees. Here’s why:
The 2,300 page, newly passed financial regulatory bill (signed by Obama on 7.21.10 and undoubtedly penned by Obama’s czars who work 24/7 to insert his liberal-left agenda into our country) contains Section 342.
As explained by Diana Furchtgott-Roth of the Manhattan Institute in her 7.8.10 article, she was searching through the 2,300 page financial regulation bill and discovered Section 342.
To her horror Sect. 342 sets up racial, ethnic, and gender diversity quotas that must be followed by every financial institution that does business with the government.
Section 342 sets up at least 20 Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion, and this means separate offices have to be established to make sure quotas based upon race, ethnicity, and gender diversity are followed in all “financial institutions, investment banking firms, mortgage banking firms, asset management firms, brokers, dealers, financial services entities, underwriters, accountants, investment consultants and…law firms working for financial entities.”
As explained in Diana Furchtgott-Roth’s article, each of these 20 Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion will be required to have:
…its own director and staff to develop policies promoting equal employment opportunities and racial, ethnic, and gender diversity of not just the agency's workforce, but also the workforces of its contractors and sub-contractors…
Ultimately, the only way that financial firms doing business with the government would be able to comply with the law is by showing that a certain percentage of their workforce is female or minority…
To comply, federal agencies are likely to find it easier to employ and contract with less-qualified women and minorities, merely in order to avoid regulatory trouble.
[I, for one, believe that people need to be hired based upon their skills and expertise rather than upon their race, ethnicity, or gender diversity. We citizens should certainly care when the institutions that govern our country’s financial stability are at stake.
I taught school for 33+ years, and I know how important it is for students to learn to pay attention to detail.

It takes “manpower” [dare I use that word?] to make sure race-based, ethnicity-based, and gender-diversity-based quotas are forced on every financial institution that does business with the government.
Diana Furchtgott-Roth did her part to read the 2,300 page bill and to warn the Senators before they foolishly signed the financial regulation bill on 7.15.10, and I did my part to contact my Senators and to help spread Furchtgott-Roth’s article around the country. All to no avail -- Those voting for the bill were three Republicans (Sen. Brown (R-MA), Sen. Collins (R-ME), and Sen. Snowe (R-ME)) and 57 Democrats; Sen. Feingold (D-WI) was the only Democrat who opposed the bill.
Now all of our financial institutions are held captive to race, ethnic, and gender-diversity quotas.

Today we learn that Treasury Secretary Tim Geitner is going to move employees at seven federal agencies over to the newly empowered watchdog agency -- Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
You may ask why the CFPB is going to require so many employees. Here’s why:
The 2,300 page, newly passed financial regulatory bill (signed by Obama on 7.21.10 and undoubtedly penned by Obama’s czars who work 24/7 to insert his liberal-left agenda into our country) contains Section 342.
As explained by Diana Furchtgott-Roth of the Manhattan Institute in her 7.8.10 article, she was searching through the 2,300 page financial regulation bill and discovered Section 342.
To her horror Sect. 342 sets up racial, ethnic, and gender diversity quotas that must be followed by every financial institution that does business with the government.
Section 342 sets up at least 20 Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion, and this means separate offices have to be established to make sure quotas based upon race, ethnicity, and gender diversity are followed in all “financial institutions, investment banking firms, mortgage banking firms, asset management firms, brokers, dealers, financial services entities, underwriters, accountants, investment consultants and…law firms working for financial entities.”
As explained in Diana Furchtgott-Roth’s article, each of these 20 Offices of Minority and Women Inclusion will be required to have:
…its own director and staff to develop policies promoting equal employment opportunities and racial, ethnic, and gender diversity of not just the agency's workforce, but also the workforces of its contractors and sub-contractors…
Ultimately, the only way that financial firms doing business with the government would be able to comply with the law is by showing that a certain percentage of their workforce is female or minority…
To comply, federal agencies are likely to find it easier to employ and contract with less-qualified women and minorities, merely in order to avoid regulatory trouble.
[I, for one, believe that people need to be hired based upon their skills and expertise rather than upon their race, ethnicity, or gender diversity. We citizens should certainly care when the institutions that govern our country’s financial stability are at stake.
I taught school for 33+ years, and I know how important it is for students to learn to pay attention to detail.
