It's about the "presidential assassination program," where "American citizens are targ...eted for killings far away from any battlefield, based exclusively on unchecked accusations by the executive branch that they're involved in terrorism." There are allegedly "dozens of Americans" on this hit list who "pose a threat" to the United States.
