Our sources in DC tell us that Lindsey Graham is John McCain's operative and that McCain is staying in the shadows right now asking for delays until August because he is facing a strong political threat from J.D. Hayworth in this year's GOP primary. We all owe Hayworth a great deal of thanks for running and throwing a monkey wrench into McCain's plans to openly push Amnesty this year. Obama and Schumer are asking Lindsey Graham to work with John McCain behind the scenes to get them another Republican in the US Senate who is dumb enough to sign the Amnesty legislation in McCain's stead.
