Voter ID bill gets changed by NC House Republicans--House Republicans on Wednesday rolled out a compromise of a bill requiring voter identification before casting a ballot in North Carolina that now wouldn't always require a photo ID. But the proposal may end up irritating even more legislators and interest groups.
