You MUST continue to let the NCDMV know how you feel about issuing NC drivers licenses to illegal aliens. Feel free to use the sample below and tell the NCDMV "Do not reinstate the policy of issuing drivers licenses to illegal aliens".

"Just because we can give illegal aliens a NC drivers' license, doesn't mean we should. A NC drivers' license is a privilege reserved for law abiding NC residents, not a right guaranteed to law breaking illegal aliens. A NC drivers' license confers a "quasi" legal status. Obtaining a NC drivers' license is the first step in registering to vote. A few simply forged documents later (ie: a forged birth certificate and a stolen social security number) and our system of voting is compromised.
It is not unlawful to deny illegal aliens a drivers license. Many other states do not. Please do not reinstate the policy of issuing NC drivers' licenses to illegal aliens."
