A "Spook" Comes to New Bern
Kent Clizbe, author of Willing Accomplices and former CIA officer who has worked in counter-intelligence,
done extensive liaison work with foreign intelligence services, speaks several
languages including Arabic, and served as a private contractor after 9/11 will
speak at the Coastal Carolina Taxpayers Association meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 19th at the
BridgePointe Hotel and Marina just across the Cunningham Bridge from New Bern.
His topic will be "Is Political Correctness Destroying America?"
The answer is detailed in Willing Accomplices which is a good read, but you're welcome to come and hear
for yourself how KGB agents co-opted some willing Americans who started
something that took on a life of its own, and is coming into full flower in
American culture today. It's an interesting, intriguing tale. Fact is sometimes
as compelling as fiction. If you have a copy of Willing Accomplices, bring it and ask Kent Clizbe to
autograph it for you. If you've been puzzled by what's going on in American
political culture, prepare to be enlightened.
