NEW BERN’S 20th ANNUAL LIFE CHAIN SET
Annual prayerful protest scheduled for Sunday, October 2ndAs part of National Life Chain Sunday, the 20th Annual New Bern Life Chain will be held this Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 2:30 till 3:30pm.
The location for the one hour silent protest against abortion will be Martin Luther King Boulevard in New Bern between the Mall and IHOP on both sides of the highway. The appropriate permits from the City of New Bern have been acquired.The New Bern Life Chain is one of hundreds held across the country on the same day. Once each year the LIFE CHAIN invites the churches in each city and town across North America to stand on a designated local sidewalk and pray for one hour, while holding one of the approved pro-life sign messages. Signs will be provided.
