TPN--JUDSON PHILLIPS: Where are the indictments?

No less than 3 scandals mar the Obama administration--where is the public outcry?  Don't let these issues get covered up by the lamestream media!--LC

There is a massive scandal in the Obama regime.  It is not only a huge scandal, but there is a cover up to go along with it. What is the scandal? Why isn’t it being covered by the media and perhaps most importantly, why haven’t there been indictments?

The scandal is Operation Fast and Furious. The idea was to allow high-powered weapons to be “walked” across the border from the United States into Mexico. These weapons were then going to be tracked. While most of these weapons were AK-47’s, some of them were Barrett .50 caliber rifles. The Barrett is a rifle that has a range of over 1 mile and is used to penetrate armored targets.

That makes about as much sense as spreading gasoline in a house and lighting a match just to see how the fire spreads. The results have been very predictable.

In Mexico, at least 200 murders have been traced to weapons provided through Operation Fast and Furious. The tally is certainly much higher than just 200, but the only way to prove one of those weapons was involved is to find the weapon at the scene of the crime.

More disturbing is the fact that those guns have been involved in eleven crimes in the United States, including the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

When Operation Fast and Furious first came to light, both Mexico and the Obama regime were pushing the same talking point. Uncontrolled gun sales were allowing high-powered firearms to flood Mexico. In other words, it was America’s fault. Turns out high-powered firearms were being sent to Mexico from America. And that was Obama’s fault.

When the GOP took control of Congress earlier this year, Congressman Darryl Issa began an investigation into Operation Fast and Furious. Immediately, the Attorney General and the Department of Justice began stonewalling.

This is the biggest scandal and cover up since Watergate. Where is the media?
