Letter to the Editor

Now we know, now we act…

My wife and I just returned from watching the movie ‘2016’ and it’s hard to believe that the liberal media prior to the 2008 election failed to vet a candidate for the office of President of the United States.

Let’s start with: Frank Marshall Davis

Frank Marshall Davis (December 31, 1905 – July 26, 1987) was an American journalist, poet, and political and labor movement activist.

He began his career writing for African American newspapers in Chicago. He moved to Atlanta where he became the editor of the paper he turned into the Atlanta Daily World before moving back to Chicago. During this time, he was outspoken about political and social issues. His poetry work was sponsored by the Works Progress Administration (WPA).

In the late 1940s, he moved to Honolulu, Hawaii, where he ran a small business. He also became involved in local labor issues where his actions were tracked by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Prior to Davis’s death in 1987 he was Obama’s mentor when Obama was in Hawaii; an avowed Communist. Source: wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Marshall_Davis
Moving right along we have Roberto Unger, Socialist and Harvard law professor:

Unger has taught at the Harvard Law School for all of his adult life. He became the youngest tenured faculty at the law school in 1976, and has since instructed many of the world elite, including Barack Obama, who took "Jurisprudence" and "Reinventing Democracy" with Unger. By now we all know Bill Ayers, admitted domestic terrorist, member of the Weather Underground and organizer of Obama’s political career. Ayers is the unrepentant bomber who set off bombs in New York City and the Pentagon to make political statements.

Jeremiah Wright, of course, needs no introduction; perhaps the most well known of Obama’s mentors who almost sunk Obama before he got elected.

The producer of ‘2016’ , Dinesh D’Souza, opens with this thought provoking point of view. The title of Obama’s biography ‘Dreams from my Father’ makes reference to his father’s anti-colonialism agenda. ‘Dreams of MY Father’ wouldn’t work since his father, Barack Obama Sr. all but abandoned the family when Obama was two years old. When we view Obama’s agenda as he has applied it to our Country, we can clearly see his efforts to weaken, not strengthen our Nation. His dreams for America come from his father and are strengthen by his past associations.

The fate of our Republic will be decided on November 6th. The future of our Country and that of our children rests in your hands. Before you make a decision to reelect Obama, I suggest you see ‘2016’.
